To schedule a new patient appointment, you are asked to complete the patient information form and return them to our office.  Upon receipt of your information you will be contacted by one of our staff members to schedule your appointment.

Established patients should simply call our office at (228) 467-2555 during office hours to schedule an appointment.

We try our best to see every patient on time, but sometimes emergencies arise that delay our schedule.  Our office will attempt to inform you of any unusual delay.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you give our office a 24 hour notice.  To cancel your appointment simply call (228) 467-2555 any time, day or night.  Failure to give a 24 hour notice will result in a $30.00 charge.
